ความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านเพศกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ของนิสิตที่เที่ยวสถานบันเทิงในมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดชลบุรี

ปัจจุบันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ เอดส์เป็นปัญหาสุขภาพที่สำคัญระดับโลกที่รอการแก้ไข โดยนิสิต/นักศึกษาก็เป็นกลุ่มหนึ่งที่ต้องเฝ้าระวังอย่างใกล้ชิด ซึ่งความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านเพศเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบตัดขวางในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านเพศ พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีของนิสิตที่เที่ยวสถานบันเทิง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ นิสิตชายหญิงที่กำลังศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นปีที่ 1 - 4 จำนวน 474 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาในรูปแบบจำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยโดยสถิติวิเคราะห์ไคสแคว์ (chi-square test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นิสิตส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 68.6 โดยร้อยละ 11.6 มีการแสดงออกทางเพศแบบรักเพศเดียวกัน เคยมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในรอบ 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ร้อยละ 10.8 อีกทั้งยังมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีในระดับที่ไม่เหมาะสมถึงร้อยละ 9.7 และมีความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านเพศอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ร้อยละ 51.1 ผลการวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านเพศกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี พบว่า เพศ (p = 0.012) การแสดงออกทางเพศ (p<0.001) ชั้นปีที่กำลังศึกษา (p = 0.019) สัมพันธภาพกับผู้ปกครอง (p = 0.040) ลักษณะที่พักอาศัย (p = 0.003) ประสบการณ์การมีแฟน (p<0.001) ประสบการณ์การจูบกับแฟน (p = 0.018) เจตคติที่ดีต่อเรื่องเพศและความสัมพันธ์ทางเพศ (p = 0.006) และความเคารพต่อเพศวิถีที่แตกต่างจากตน (p<0.001) มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
จากผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า นิสิตมีความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านเพศอยู่ในระดับต่ำจะมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีอยู่ในระดับไม่เหมาะสม ดังนั้น หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรจัดกิจกรรมการยกระดับความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านเพศเพื่อให้มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่เหมาะสม โดยมุ่งเน้นในกลุ่มนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 - 2 ที่รักเพศเดียวกัน
